What is your recruitment process?
Our recruitment process varies depending on the role. We may conduct telephone interviews, virtual calls, face-to-face interviews, assessment centres or testing. Prepare for competency-based questions and practise articulating your experiences, strengths and weaknesses.
Do you offer apprenticeships and internships?
Yes, we offer a range of entry-level apprenticeships, internships and short-term contract roles. All of these positions will be advertised on our careers site.
What if I have additional requirements to attend the interview?
Your interview confirmation email will ask if you have any specific requirements. By letting your Talent Acquisition Partner know of your requirements in advance, you can help us work together to ensure that you have a comfortable interview experience.

What training do your Talent Acquisition team undertake to ensure they are unbiased?
Our TA team undergoes non-bias training twice a year and completes an ‘Interviewing with Impact’ training course, as well as several diversity, equity and inclusion focused courses during onboarding. This training is designed to help our team members understand and recognise their own biases and how they can affect their decisions. By doing so, we can ensure that our team are able to make a fair assessment and provide the best possible experience for our candidates.
