Each of our five departments is made up of innovative minds from a variety of backgrounds, all united by a shared passion for everything they do.

With a dedicated Early Careers team, we also offer a range of programmes to support young people looking to enter the fashion industry. From our internships and apprenticeships to our graduate programmes, we recruit the best talent for every aspect of our business and offer a supportive space for all to thrive.

Early Careers

Guided by our belief that creativity opens spaces and the altruistic legacy of our founder, we are committed to providing opportunities for young people to showcase their creativity and build a rewarding career in the fashion industry.

Supported by a dedicated Early Careers team, our programmes are designed to help talented young people and recent graduates gain first-hand experience alongside experienced professionals.

Alongside internship and apprenticeship opportunities across the business, we also launched our first Design Graduate Programme and Undergraduate Placement Year Programme in FY 2022/23, which helps more than 30 students and graduates obtain experience to support their studies and build their careers.
