JOB PURPOSE

We are hiring an Arabic or Russian Speaking Client Advisor to join our team at Mall of the Emirates. As a brand ambassador for Burberry, you will create meaningful connections with clients, delivering a personalised luxury experience that inspires loyalty and drives commercial success. Through your passion for fashion, styling expertise and customer focus, you will bring the Burberry story to life while supporting the continued growth of the store. This is an opportunity to combine exceptional service with a deep appreciation for craftsmanship, creativity and luxury retail.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Deliver a personalised and elevated client experience that reflects Burberry's luxury service standards.
Build and maintain lasting relationships with new and existing clients to encourage loyalty and repeat business.
Inspire clients through expert product knowledge, styling advice and storytelling around the brand.
Consistently achieve individual and team sales goals while identifying opportunities to grow business performance.
Maintain high standards of visual presentation, stock organisation and store operations.
Collaborate with colleagues and store leadership to create a welcoming and high-performing environment.

PERSONAL PROFILE

Experience delivering exceptional customer service within luxury retail, premium retail or a client-focused environment.
Fluent in either Arabic or Russian, with strong communication skills in English.
A passion for fashion, luxury products and delivering memorable customer experiences.
Strong relationship-building skills with the ability to engage a diverse client base.
Commercially aware with confidence in achieving sales and service objectives.
A collaborative and adaptable approach, with a commitment to continuous learning and development.
