- Support the Store Manager and ASM in driving category performance and achieving commercial objectives.
- Lead, coach and develop a team of sales professionals to deliver an exceptional luxury customer experience.
- Provide real-time feedback and performance coaching to strengthen individual and team effectiveness.
- Monitor sales performance, identify opportunities and implement actions to optimise results.
- Champion Burberry behaviours and standards, fostering an inclusive and high-performing team culture.
- Collaborate with store leadership to ensure smooth operations and consistent execution across the business.

- Previous experience leading teams within a retail, luxury or customer-focused environment.
- Strong people management skills with the ability to motivate, coach and develop others.
- Commercially minded with a proven ability to drive performance and achieve business goals.
