Travel Retail Operations Assistant

RESPONSIBILITIES

•    Support sales operation process through proper communication and coordination with stores and partners
•    Manage monthly tasks - service fee, monthly expense, sales and stock list etc.
•    Manage ERP (partners’ system) and internal SAP system to support sales and logistic ( sell-in ) processes
•    Making regular reports of sales, stock, monthly closing and competitors’ status for management team
•    Cooperating OTB session process such as developing order sheets and order key-in into system according to the timeline

PERSONAL PROFILE

• Excellent organisational skills
• Meticulous attention to detail
• High numeracy skills and competency in Excel
• Excellent communication skills both verbal and in writing
• Enthusiastic and with the ability to work well in a team
• Ability to work and multi-task in a busy, fast paced team environment
• Flexible and adaptable to the needs of the business
• Previous administration experience
• Previous experience with SAP desirable
• Excellent understanding of all programs on Microsoft Office
