JOB PURPOSE

We are hiring a Store Operations Assistant (Fixed Term Contract until 31 December 2026) to join our team in Roermond. As an important part of the store operations function, you will help ensure back of house activities run smoothly, efficiently and to the highest standards. Supporting the daily flow of stock, inventory and operational processes, you will enable an exceptional customer experience while protecting the integrity of the Burberry brand. This role offers the opportunity to contribute to a collaborative team environment where operational excellence supports luxury retail performance.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Support the efficient day-to-day running of all back of house operations within the store.
Process stock deliveries, transfers and inventory movements accurately and within agreed timelines.
Maintain organised stockrooms and operational areas to ensure safety, efficiency and brand standards.
Monitor stock accuracy and support inventory cycle counts and stock investigations.
Collaborate closely with store teams to ensure products are available and prepared for customer needs.
Follow all operational policies and procedures while helping to drive continuous improvement in store processes.

PERSONAL PROFILE

Experience in a retail, stockroom, logistics or operational support environment
Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
High attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy in all tasks.
Intermediate computer skills in core Microsoft software
Previous experience with SAP desirable
