JOB PURPOSE
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Lead and develop a stockroom team of five, creating clear ways of working and a culture of accountability.
- Manage all back of house operations, ensuring stock accuracy, efficiency and compliance with Burberry standards.
- Enable smooth product flow from delivery to floor, supporting peak trading periods with confidence and control.
- Partner closely with store leadership and sales teams to deliver timely, reliable service to the shop floor.
- Maintain effective communication with internal departments and external logistics partners.
- Champion health, safety and loss prevention practices within the stockroom environment.

- Proven experience managing stockroom or operational functions within a fast‑paced retail environment.
- Confident people leader who motivates teams through clarity, consistency and support.
- Highly organised, with strong attention to detail and the ability to prioritise effectively.
