JOB PURPOSE

We are hiring a Part-Time Store Operations Assistant (25 Hours) to join our team in Parndorf. This role plays an important part in ensuring the smooth and efficient running of store operations, supporting the delivery of an exceptional luxury customer experience behind the scenes. Working closely with colleagues across the store, you will help maintain operational excellence, accuracy, and compliance while contributing to Burberry's high standards of service and craftsmanship. Your work will enable the team to focus on creating meaningful experiences for our customers every day.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Support the day-to-day operational activities that keep the store running efficiently and accurately.
Manage stock movements, deliveries, replenishment, and inventory processes in line with company guidelines.
Maintain organised stockroom standards to optimise product availability and store efficiency.
Assist with stock counts, audits, and inventory reconciliation activities.
Support store compliance procedures, health and safety standards, and operational policies.
Collaborate with colleagues across the store to ensure a seamless customer and employee experience.

PERSONAL PROFILE

Previous experience in retail operations, stock control, logistics, or a similar environment is advantageous.
Strong attention to detail with the ability to manage tasks accurately and efficiently.
Organised and able to prioritise responsibilities in a fast-paced retail setting.
Comfortable using retail systems and operational tools to complete daily activities.
A collaborative team player who communicates effectively with a wide range of colleagues.
Flexible and committed to maintaining high operational standards and delivering quality work.
