JOB PURPOSE
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Lead, coach and develop a team of 3–4 Client Advisors to deliver outstanding client experiences.
- Drive team performance against sales and service objectives, using insight to inform daily priorities.
- Act as a role model on the shop floor, embodying Burberry values and elevated service standards.
- Build strong client relationships and support the team in cultivating a loyal client base.
- Partner with store leadership to execute visual, operational and commercial strategies.Foster an inclusive, collaborative team environment that encourages growth and engagement.
PERSONAL PROFILE
- Experience in a supervisory or team leadership role within retail or luxury environments.
- A strong understanding of client service excellence and relationship building.
- Confident in coaching others and providing clear, constructive feedback.
- Commercial awareness with the ability to translate targets into team action.
- A collaborative mindset with a focus on team success and shared goals.
- Adaptable and proactive, with a calm and considered approach in a fast-paced environment.
