This is a really exciting opportunity to join Burberry as our Entertainment VIP Relations Manager Europe based in Paris. 

Reporting into the London based Entertainment Relations Senior Manager with a dotted line into the Senior Marketing & Comms Manager for France.

With a strong focus on growing the Entertainment Relations function within the European market, specifically France and Italy.

• Demonstrate a strong affinity and understanding of the luxury fashion industry as well as the European entertainment and creative landscape (especially within the FR & IT markets), keeping fully up to speed with key industry news and the French and Italian fashion and creative scene

• Build and grow relationships with new and existing VIPs, creatives and influencers in France and Italy that are in line with the brand aesthetic.

• Act as an ambassador for the brand, being the first point of contact for talent and key industry contacts

• Manage fittings for VIP and influencer events, premieres, award shows and any press opportunities – ensuring that these are always in line with the brand aesthetic and the product calendar

• Negotiate and secure strong talent for brand events / moments in market , to lead brand events from a VIP POV.

• Handle talent itineraries end to end when travelling for a brand event 

• Work cross functionally with the other communications channels including the PR, Marketing & Social teams to always ensure 360 results from VIP activity.

• Work closely with the local teams and central EMEIA ER team on events, VIP dressing moments and projects to ensure the appropriate press strategy is in place and executed in a timely manner

• Create seasonal ER strategies for the key markets and then independently implement necessary steps to deliver

• Help to manage existing and identify new EU Entertainment partnerships

• Manage product ordering for VIP and influencer seeding and dressing in market

• Work closely with the ER Coordinator to ensure all database info and daily admin is managed, also to ensure any weekly and periodic reporting is executed in a timely manner

• Flexible and mobile in terms of travel with view to spend first months in the role in the London office in order to really get a good understanding of the brand, the team and ways of working. Long term will be based in the Paris office but with regular travel to Milan & London.
