JOB PURPOSE
The purpose of a Workplace Facilities Coordinator is to ensure the office environment operates smoothly, safely, and efficiently while supporting a positive employee experience. The role is responsible for coordinating daily facilities operations, managing vendors, and addressing workplace needs to enable employees to be productive and engaged. It also helps maintain compliance, control costs, and support overall workplace strategy.
RESPONSIBILITIES
• Receive, organize, and distribute incoming office deliveries and packages.
• Serve as the primary point of contact with building management, coordinating maintenance requests and communicating updates to office staff.
• Assist with the planning, setup, and execution of office meetings, events, and employee gatherings.
• Process and track invoices for office operations, supplies, and retail-related expenses.
• Monitor office inventory levels and manage the ordering of office supplies, pantry items, and other workplace essentials.
• Ensure the office remains well-stocked, organized, and operational to support daily business needs.
PERSONAL PROFILE
• 2-3 years’ experience working in an office facilities environment
• Results and detailed oriented
• Demonstrates a high level of integrity
• Excellent time management and organizational skills, including the ability to prioritize work effectively
• Strong relationship-building
• Strong follow-up skills
• Highly effective communicator
• Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment and maintain confidentiality

• Expected base salary for the role will generally be between $30.00 and 36.00 per hour at the commencement of employment. However, base salary if hired will be determined on an individualized basis and is only part of the total compensation package, which, depending on the position, may also include commission earnings, discretionary bonuses, short and long-term incentive packages, and Company-sponsored benefit programs.
