JOB PURPOSE
Commercial Finance support to key stakeholders for the Americas business performance, productivity & profitability within the assigned channel (Retail or Wholesale), while identifying risks and opportunities. This role focuses on delivering accurate financial reporting, insightful analysis, and continuous process improvements.
RESPONSIBILITIES
· Support the Finance Manager in driving productivity & profitability across the assigned channel (retail/wholesale).
· Prepare timely and accurate Budgets and Forecasts for sales, margin, payroll/FTE costs, and operational expenses.
· Produce weekly/monthly reporting with actionable insights on trends, KPIs (RTV/DSA/Productivity/Retail Equation), and projections.
· Perform monthly P&L reviews for the assigned channel, ensuring accuracy and robustness of financial data.
· Develop and maintain financial models and reporting tools; identify opportunities for automation and process improvement.
· Collaborate with shared services (BBS) to streamline month-end activities and transactional reporting.
· Provide ad hoc analysis and support to key stakeholders as needed.
· Partner with commercial teams to challenge performance and provide financial guidance and overall understanding of the business.
· Support Finance Manager to provide business cases for investments and complete post investment review.
· Support Finance Director and CFO as appropriate.
PERSONAL PROFILE
· Strong communication skills – written and oral
· Commercial outlook · Excellent Excel Skills with modelling experience
· Bachelor’s degree in finance, Accounting, or related field;
· 3–5+ years of FP&A or Finance experience; wholesale or luxury retail strongly preferred.
· Commercially minded, detail-oriented, and proactive in problem-solving.
· Experience with ERP (SAP/Oracle) and BI tools (Tableau, Power BI) preferred

· Completion of budget/forecast processes within deadlines and with high accuracy.
· Robust and timely month-end close with clear insights on key drivers.
· Delivery of relevant, accurate, and actionable reporting and analysis.
· Strong partnerships with commercial teams and credibility through output.
FOOTER
- Expected base salary for the role will generally be between $110,000 and $114,000 per year at the commencement of employment. However, base salary if hired will be determined on an individualized basis and is only part of the total compensation package, which, depending on the position, may also include commission earnings, discretionary bonuses, short and long-term incentive packages, and Company-sponsored benefit programs.
- This position is at-will and the Company reserves the right to modify base salary (as well as any other discretionary payment or compensation program) at any time, including for reasons related to individual performance, Company or individual department/team performance, and market factors.
