Wholesale Coordinator Italy

Job Purpose

Become a pivotal part of our Independents Wholesale team, where you’ll oversee the full spectrum of administration, coordination, and analysis before, during, and after market. This role is essential in ensuring our partners receive a best-in-class experience and that our sales campaigns run seamlessly from preparation to delivery.

 

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage high volumes of confidential information with accuracy, discretion, and efficiency in a fast-paced environment.
  • Partner closely with the Director of Independents to maintain and update team databases, files, templates, and cross-functional documents.
  • Coordinate all elements of market preparation, including team schedules, to ensure a well-organised and productive market period.
  • Support the planning and execution of sales campaigns.
  • Ensure all order entry is completed with precision and within required deadlines.
  • Assist with in-season order processing to support ongoing commercial needs.
  • Collaborate with the Customer Operations team to ensure orders and shipments are aligned with targets.
  • Provide back-office administrative support during market to ensure a smooth end-to-end process.
  • Help drive turnover through in-season selling and prompt shipment management.
  • Attend partner meetings during market to help strengthen relationships with key accounts.
  • Undertake additional tasks that contribute to the team’s commercial ambitions.

 

Personal Profile

  • Exceptional organisational skills with a meticulous eye for detail.
  • Fluent in written and spoken Italian & English.
  • Strong numeracy skills with proficiency in Excel.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • A proactive, enthusiastic team player who thrives in a collaborative environment.
  • Comfortable multitasking and managing priorities in a fast-paced setting.
  • Adaptable, flexible, and committed to supporting the needs of the business.
  • Previous administration experience required.
  • SAP experience desirable.
  • Strong command of Microsoft Office programs.
