JOB PURPOSE

We are hiring a Client Advisor to deliver exceptional customer experiences that embody the Burberry brand. As a key ambassador of Burberry, the role involves building meaningful client relationships, providing expert product guidance, and contributing to the store's success through outstanding service and commercial excellence. This position combines luxury retail expertise with a passion for craftsmanship, customer engagement, and personalised service.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Deliver an elevated and personalized client experience that reflects Burberry's heritage and values.
• Build lasting client relationships by developing a strong client book and nurturing repeat business.
• Maximize sales opportunities through expert product storytelling and tailored recommendations.
• Support visual merchandising standards and maintain an inspiring, well-presented store environment.
• Efficiently process transactions, customer inquiries, and after-sales requests with accuracy and care.
• Contribute to stock management, operational excellence, compliance, and health and safety standards.

PERSONAL PROFILE

Proven experience delivering exceptional customer service in luxury, premium retail, or client-focused environments.
Fluent in Italian with strong English language skills, able to engage confidently with diverse clients.
Strong communication and relationship-building skills with a customer-first approach.
Passionate about luxury fashion, craftsmanship, and providing personalized experiences.
Comfortable collaborating within a team while taking ownership of individual objectives.
Well organized, adaptable, and effective in fast-paced retail settings.
