JOB PURPOSE
As a Client Advisor, you will build relationships with Burberry’s new and existing clients, delivering a personalized and elevated experience that drives commercial success.
Reporting to store management, you will inspire clients by conveying your passion for the brand, fashion, and luxury products.
As an expert in client engagement and service, you will demonstrate a high level of knowledge in styling and selling.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Meet and exceed individual and store sales targets and KPIs.
- Inspire clients through storytelling and passion, creating desire for Burberry.
- Provide a luxury service with expert knowledge in product, fashion, and styling.
- Follow the Client Journey to deliver an exceptional and personalized experience.
- Ensure efficient follow-up and after-sales service to maintain client relationships.
- Support daily store operations, maintaining high luxury standards in all areas.
- Adhere to company policies and visual guidelines to uphold brand excellence.
- Foster teamwork and contribute to a positive store environment.
- Build meaningful client relationships through personalized appointments and service.
- Drive client retention by proactively engaging and following up on sales.
PERSONAL PROFILE
- Proven track record of exceeding sales targets and strong clienteling experience.
- Passion for fashion, art, and culture with strong product knowledge.
- Understanding of retail operations and competitor products.
- Team player with a proactive, energetic, and self-motivated attitude.
- Fluent in the local language; English and other languages are a plus.
- Confident, curious, and client-focused with excellent communication skills.
- Detail-oriented, creative, and results-driven with a commercial mindset.
- Adaptable, collaborative, and professional with impeccable presentation.
