Responsibilities

  • Provide granular understanding of the performance of partners to inform the broader business of market trends and prioritization of opportunities, including preparation for monthly business reviews to senior leadership team
  • Engage in ongoing educational dialogue with stakeholders to ensure strategy is fully understood and supported
  • Act as the primary digital liaison with 3rd party entities, ensuring alignment on marketing campaigns, product launches, and performance optimization.
  • Support and lead the growth of .com business in Mexico, including content updates, product launches, and UX improvements.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (ops, merchandising, marketing) to support the onboarding and success of new 3P partners.
  • Maintenance of back-end stock data and admin structures within Mexico, ensuring all internal and 3rd party systems are aligned with accurate and up to date information
  • Evaluate performance trends within either styles or category basis and provide feedback on market needs in regard to stock availability within the region
  • Oversee & deliver the rollout of assigned projects in collaboration with Regional & Global Cross functional teams.
  • Evaluate and develop standards and operating procedures that align to Burberry’s global standards, support and maintain high operational efficiency
