User Experience Designer

JOB PURPOSE
As a UX Designer, you’ll be at the heart of designing intuitive, elegant, and emotionally resonant experiences for our ecommerce and omni-channel platforms. You'll combine user insight, strategic thinking, and refined visual sensibility to create customer journeys that reflect the prestige of our brand while delivering high-performance outcomes.
You’ll have a broad skill set and being conformable with customer journey mapping, conducting user research/testing, information architecture, product wireframes, interactive prototypes, workshopping and working within a design system-based framework.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Design user-centric experiences across web, mobile, and emerging platforms with a strong focus on ecommerce performance and brand storytelling.
- Partner with IT Delivery, Content Operations, Trading, Merchandising and Marketing teams to translate business goals into user-friendly interfaces.
- Conduct and analyse user research, testing, and behavioural analytics to identify opportunities for experience enhancement.
- Create wireframes, user flows, journey maps, and prototypes to explore and communicate design solutions.
- Champion UX best practices, accessibility, and luxury-specific interaction models.
- Balance data-informed design with emotional nuance appropriate for a high-end audience.
- Contribute to the ongoing evolution of our design systems and UX standards.
PERSONAL PROFILE
- Portfolio showcasing clean, elegant, conversion-optimised UX design, especially for mobile-first and responsive ecommerce experiences.
- Proficiency in Figma, Sketch, or similar design/prototyping tools.
- Strong understanding of UX research methods, analytics platforms (e.g., GA4, Looker, Hotjar, Contentsquare etc.), and A/B testing.
- A deep sensitivity to visual and interaction aesthetics aligned with luxury brand values.
- Exceptional collaboration and communication skills with cross-functional teams.
- Ability to work autonomously in a fast-paced, detail-obsessed environment.
- A.I. literate, with the ability to utilise it to its full potential in improving efficiency in your design process, ideating or helping generate concepts and prototypes
