PURPOSE

Support the Brand Styling team with content preparation and shoot logistics, coordinating product pulls and on-set execution to ensure styling aligns with brand direction and shoots run smoothly, delivering high-quality content. 

RESPONSIBILITIES ·

  • Coordinate Tier 1 project product pulls
  • collaborating with Styling Editors and above to build looks, and work on set for brand content projects, ensuring styling aligns with key marketing priorities and brand standards
  • Support Creative Consultants and Stylists across brand projects
  • Manage selected Tier 2 and social shoot processes end-to-end, including preparation, look sign-off, shoot execution, and communication
  • Oversee stock control, product handling, and on-set organisation in collaboration with assistants ·
  • Management of samples: Support sourcing for Stylists product pull from various departments, ensuring collaborative relationships with Showroom, Samples, Product Development and Photo Studio
  • Help supervise and coordinate assistants’ tasks for each project
  • Ensure all shot products are documented and communicated clearly to relevant teams post-shoot
  • Work cross-functionally with departments including Production, Events, and VIP teams
  • Conduct styling research and develop inspirational references aligned with brand direction
  • Maintain styling storage, kits, and documentation systems
  • Provide administrative and ad hoc support to the Styling team
  • Style, or assist the e-commerce photo studio when required

EXPERIENCE

  • 4+ years experience with in fashion · 
  • Experience styling womenswear and menswear, RTW and still life within luxury, commercial and or editorial setting
  • Ability to demonstrate a solid understanding of the luxury fashion industry 
  • Strong communication and organizational skills with the ability to multi-task and meet tight deadlines 
  • Proven ability to work quickly and effectively with an eye for detail 
  • Creative mind set 
  • Ability to self-manage projects from beginning to end on multiple projects 
  • Understanding of Photography and Art Direction 
  • Ability to be flexible to working hours 
  • Adobe InDesign, Photoshop, Capture One, Keynote and Excel good understanding of programmes preferable
