Solutions Architect - Merchandise Planning

Department:  Information Technology
City:  London
Location:  GB

Founded in 1856 by Thomas Burberry, Burberry is a global luxury brand with a distinctly British attitude. We are a global business with an extensive network of both owned and franchised stores across EMEIA, Asia Pacific and Americas. We are digital pioneers, and innovative technology underpins every aspect of our business, from product design to distribution and marketing. We believe that modern luxury means being socially and environmentally responsible; this mindset is core to our business and key to our long-term success.

An opportunity has arisen within our highly skilled Architecture team, based in London. We’re looking to add a Solutions Architect to join our rapidly growing team and help shape the wider architecture function here at Burberry.

We’re at an exciting time of inception for a number of foundation system changes and improvements and we need a forward thinking architect, capable of bridging the cap between business and technology, who is happy to get involved in a global scale transformation project.

We’re looking for someone with experience in the merchandise planning space, not necessarily an out and out architect. If you have the domain knowledge and exposure to delivery projects within this space and would be open to developing your architecture skills then this could be a great role for you.

Here at Burberry, we invest heavily into our people, so if you are looking for a stimulating yet rewarding employer that is in the middle of a hugely successful project to revitalise it’s brand, then look no further.

  • You will ensure all projects meet the required standards for architectural governance.
  • A proven track record in the Merchandise Planning solutions space.
