This role will be for a 6-month period from mid-December to end June.

Reward advisor will be directly reporting to the Senior Manager – Employee Services and act as the first point of contact regarding all reward related queries.

  • Support the delivery of core reward processes including the annual reward review, auto enrolment, benefit schemes and bonus plans.
  • First point of contact for reward queries to provide advice and guidance
  • Provide reward support for the business and HR team
  • Provide support to the team by managing complex tasks
  • Maintain records, databases and reports
  • Promoting and advising on all employee's benefits
  • Work closely with the  Reward CoE team to effectively deliver key projects driven by the business 
  • Support the development and roll out communications for reward programs
  • Liaise with the Employee Services Team teams to ensure that appropriate training is given to underpin and support Reward activities.
  • At least 2 or more years’ experience in a reward role
  • Experience of working within a Shared Services environment (preferable)
  • Ability to work with large complex sets of data
