Raw Materials Administrator

JOB PURPOSE

This position supports the Raw Materials team with a focus on trims sampling. It involves coordinating logistics, managing data in PLM, liaising with suppliers, and maintaining documentation and inventory. The role is key to ensuring smooth operations aligned with seasonal development timelines.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Sampling Coordination: Tracking RM movement, liaising with suppliers, ensuring timely deliveries.
• Data Management: Creating and updating trim codes, maintaining sustainability attributes, managing FlexPLM entries.
• Supplier Support: Onboarding, communication, and performance reviews.
• Inventory Oversight: Managing stock levels, leftover declarations, and repurposing excess materials.
• Reporting: Documentation, compliance tracking, and process improvement.

PERSONAL PROFILE

• Background in fashion/textiles admin, ideally with RM or product development exposure.
• Strong organisational and data skills.
• Proficient in Excel, Outlook, Teams, and PLM systems.
• Clear communicator with a proactive mindset.
• Interest in sustainable sourcing and trims is a plus.
