JOB PURPOSE

The Raw Material Production Assistant will support the flow of materials that underpin the craftsmanship and quality of Burberry products. Working across sourcing, production, quality, and product teams, you will help ensure raw materials are coordinated efficiently, delivered on time and aligned with production requirements. This role offers the opportunity to contribute to the operational excellence behind luxury product creation while supporting sustainability, traceability and compliance standards. You will play an important part in helping Burberry deliver exceptional products to customers around the world.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Support the placement, monitoring, and tracking of raw material orders to ensure timely availability for production.
Maintain accurate records of material specifications, orders, inventory levels, and delivery schedules.
Monitor stock levels and contribute to replenishment planning to support business needs and minimise supply risks.
Partner with suppliers and internal stakeholders to track order progress, resolve delivery challenges, and communicate updates.
Collaborate with quality teams to ensure materials consistently meet Burberry's quality and performance standards.
Support compliance, sustainability, and traceability documentation while providing administrative assistance to the wider production team.

PERSONAL PROFILE

Experience or academic background in Supply Chain, Fashion, Textiles, Operations, or a related discipline, or equivalent practical experience.
Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and maintain accuracy.
Excellent attention to detail and confidence handling data and documentation.
Effective communication skills with the ability to build collaborative working relationships.
Comfortable working in a dynamic environment and adapting to changing priorities.
An interest in luxury fashion, craftsmanship, and product creation, with a proactive and solution-focused mindset.
