JOB PURPOSE
Burberry is looking for a talented Project Manager to join our Beauty team. This role is integral to the successful partnership between Burberry and Coty. Specifically to deliver Beauty Product & Graphics projects for the category that deliver both commercially & creatively, enabling Coty to roll out launches to the agreed three year plan (critical path).
Within this role you will drive projects forward across the creative team, ensuring progress, adherence to processes, and timely delivery. This includes launching product prototypes, managing budgets, and coordinating with external suppliers.
You will partner with all project collaborators to ensure that all briefed projects are delivered as planned. Accountable for end-to-end management of Beauty Product, Graphics, and Campaign Projects, the role covers planning, resourcing, development, delivery, and production.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Take ownership of Beauty Product and Graphics briefings, as set out by the 3YP, ensuring they adhere to guide timings from the outset.
- Track multiple projects to keep on brief, on time and to the agreed budget, using project management tools appropriate to successful completion.
- Provide necessary leadership, planning and communication on projects, while seeking the best possible strategic and creative outcome.
- Support teams in delivering both the creative and strategic elements of the brief, ensuring both work in tandem.
- Manage risks and escalate as required, providing appropriate options for resolution.
- Plan and organise internal review sessions, outlining clear agendas and next steps to protect project timings.
- Collaborate confidently and efficiently with key internal and external stakeholders.
- Take ownership of project processes, ensuring smooth operations and clear ways of working are defined with the team and regularly assessed.
- Manage the Graphics and Product team in terms of project allocation and prioritisation, to ensure the smooth running of initiatives.
PERSONAL PROFILE
- Relevant experience managing Graphics, Product Design, and/or Campaign Projects, with strong awareness of the end-to-end creative process.
- Accountable for delivering projects on time and on budget by balancing team needs, driving progress, and solving problems proactively.
- Detail-oriented, deadline-driven, and highly organised, with the ability to multi-task and manage time effectively.
- Personable, collaborative, and confident, with a can-do attitude and a passion for inspiring positive change.
- Strong interpersonal skills, including stakeholder management, facilitation, presentations, and written communication.
- Self-motivated, team-oriented, and able to form trusted relationships to ensure smooth and effective project delivery.
