JOB PURPOSE

We are looking for a Production Coordinator to undertake a supporting role within Burberry's Creative Production and Casting team, working across all content campaigns, aiding in the creation of stills and video campaigns across all Burberry divisions.

 

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Work closely with and provide support to the Production team.
  • Collate and input production contacts to the central production directory.
  • Organise EQ and arrange travel & accommodation.
  • Manage studio and catering options.
  • Manage the workflow of Production Assistant/Runners whilst on set.
  • Build call sheets, production tracker docs & shoot schedules.
  • Support the Producer in managing the budget and shoot expenses.
  • Provide on set production support, this may include working out of hours and weekends.
  • Run a production kit inventory and replenish supplies.
  • Work with internal departments to ensure the production has the correct support network required – i.e. Security, Facilities, H&S etc.

 

PERSONAL PROFILE

  • 1+ years’ experience working in fashion shoot production. Either inhouse, agency or freelance (with references).
  • Hold a genuine interest in the industry with a desire to listen and learn in a fast-paced environment.
  • A highly organized individual who shows flexibility to respond to a changing brief and pivot at short notice.
  • A great communicator with a positive and collaborative attitude.
  • Have strong personable skills to ensure productive internal and external partnerships.
  • Enjoy working in a team environment and contributing to the team's ideas.
  • Attend weekly production meetings to enable an informed view of the department needs.
