Product Development Assistant

JOB PURPOSE

Burberry is seeking a Product Development Assistant to join our Product Development, Jersey team based in London. 

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Maintain accuracy of PLM data and manage collection overview documentation.
• Support Product Developers in managing manufacturer relationships to ensure on-time, on-budget shipments.
• Track and report on budgets for product development, prototypes, and samples.
• Organise, file, and archive samples, swatches, spec sheets, and collection materials.
• Assist the Product Development and Design teams with administrative tasks and product information as needed.

PERSONAL PROFILE

• Product development experience with strong commercial awareness and budget tracking skills.
• Exceptional attention to detail, accuracy, and organisation, even when managing large volumes of data entry at speed.
• Effective communicator with strong team collaboration skills.
• Demonstrates flexibility, initiative, and a solutions-focused approach in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficient in PLM, Excel, and InDesign, with strong fashion sensibility and market awareness.
