Planning Assistant

JOB PURPOSE
As a Planning Assistant, you will play an integral role in supporting core planning, reporting, and pricing operations. You’ll work closely with global and regional teams, leveraging data to drive insight, enable decision‑making, and support strategic business objectives.
This role is perfect for someone who is highly analytical, organised, and eager to grow within a dynamic, fast‑paced environment.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Build and maintain Excel‑based planning templates
- Prepare dashboards, summaries, and ad‑hoc analyses to highlight risks and opportunities
- Consolidate and reconcile large datasets for deeper insight
- Partner with Inventory, Regional & Global Planning teams to continuously improve tools and processes
- Deliver key weekly trade reports for Executive updates
- Support monthly and quarterly reporting cycles
- Contribute to the creation and enhancement of commercial reporting
- Work closely with IT and BI teams to develop internal system expertise
- Manage Orderbook reporting templates and ensure accuracy across markets
- Collaborate with BI & IT to validate data integrity
- Assist in maintaining competitor benchmarking templates
- Support periodic pricing activities

- Advanced Excel skills - you enjoy working with numbers and complex spreadsheets
- Highly analytical, detail‑oriented, organised
- Driven, ambitious, and comfortable working in a fast‑moving environment
- Strong problem solver who thrives through ambiguity
- Ability to juggle multiple priorities with ease
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Experience with SAP, Business Warehouse or Business Objects is a plus
