JOB PURPOSE
We are hiring a Photo Studio and Post Production Lead to shape the future of Burberry’s in-house studio and post production capabilities. Leading a multidisciplinary team of approximately 35 colleagues, you will set the strategic direction, evolve our operating model and enable the delivery of outstanding ecommerce and creative content. Combining creative understanding with commercial judgement, you will build scalable ways of working that respond to changing business needs. This role is based across Chatham Place and Horseferry House, with in-person attendance required five days a week.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Define and deliver the strategic roadmap for Photo Studio and Post Production, aligning creative ambition with digital and commercial priorities.
- Lead, develop and support multidisciplinary teams across operations, creative production and specialist post production disciplines.
- Evolve workflows, governance and resource planning to deliver high-quality still and moving-image content consistently and on schedule.
- Identify and introduce emerging production technologies, including AI-enabled workflows, taking ideas from evaluation through to practical adoption.
- Own functional budgets, investment planning and cost analysis, making informed decisions that balance creative quality, capacity and commercial value.
- Build trusted partnerships across Creative, Marketing, Commercial and Operations, ensuring production priorities are clear and internal and external delivery is well coordinated.
PERSONAL PROFILE
- Meaningful experience leading studio operations, production or post production teams within luxury, fashion or another creatively led environment.Strong knowledge of still and moving-image production workflows, resourcing approaches and end-to-end content delivery
- Experience designing operating models, guiding organisational change and developing multidisciplinary or specialist teams.
- Sound commercial judgement, including experience of budget ownership, cost analysis, investment cases or supplier benchmarking.
- An informed and practical approach to assessing production technology, including the opportunities presented by AI-enabled workflows.
- A collaborative and considered leadership style, with the ability to communicate clearly and build effective relationships across creative, operational and commercial teams.
