PD Purchasing Admin

JOB PURPOSE
This position will support the Product Development teams by handling administrative tasks across different categories.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Liaising with vendors on shipments, tracking and monitoring sample deliveries and sending planner to ensure they
- arrive on time and as planned.
- PO Management – raising purchase orders for showroom samples and non-stock POs, organising and recording invoices and updating prices once confirmed with vendors.
- Sample/Stock management.
- Collating planned ex-factory date info directly from vendors or PD.
- Working with Accounts Payable & Vendors to clear any invoice queries.
- Running showroom allocation report on PLM to capture the information.
- Budget analysis and reporting to Managers on a weekly basis.
- Weekly reports analysis of blocked/parked payments investigating any mismatch between PO & Invoices.
- Organising, filing, and archiving samples, swatches, and raw materials.
- Supporting the PD Team with liaising with Showroom team, Press Team, VIP team on deliveries of samples.

- Experience with large volumes of data, ensuring complete detail and accuracy
- Demonstrated ability to operate at pace with flexibility, initiative and solution orientated
- Communication skills, able to effectively share information with the team in a clear, concise way
- Computer skills: Excel, SAP and PLM
