Order Management Coordinator (Womenswear)

JOB PURPOSE

The Order Management Coordinator will drive operational excellence by managing the end-to-end order flow from market through to hub and store delivery. They will work proactively with upstream and downstream teams to align the order book, ensuring optimized product distribution across all regions. The role will focus on capsule collections, monthly delivery drops, pop-up events, and divisional order book maintenance, while maintaining a global commercial perspective. 

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Build strong relationships with cross-functional product supply teams and key partners (sourcing, replenishment, supply planning).
  • Manage the market order book from confirmation to stock rebalancing, including capsules, corporate top-ups, and out-of-market orders.
  • Optimize stock flow and execute allocation decisions for shortages, re-timings, and country-specific restrictions in SAP.
  • Oversee end-to-end capsule lifecycle and support monthly procurement cycles.
  • Drive continuous process improvements and monitor regional priorities and performance.
  • Collaborate on downstream meetings and work closely with VIP/Press & Influencer teams for order placement and shipment tracking.

PERSONAL PROFILE

  • Strong proficiency in managing orders within SAP
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication abilities
  • Solid understanding of end-to-end order lifecycle processes
  • Advanced Excel skills coupled with strong numerical aptitude
  • Ability to interpret data using analytical skills to determine key actions
