JOB PURPOSE

This role encompasses broad media planning responsibilities across Brand and Product marketing, with particular focus on media plan management, Licensee campaigns, special projects and asset delivery. It also provides a great springboard into wider marketing opportunities, due to close working relationships with our regions and other marketing functions.

RESPONSIBILITIES

General responsibilities include:

  • Global Fashion media plan coordination, including organisation of briefing sessions, plan reviews, regional feedback and aprpovals.
  • Develop and closely manage all critical planning timings, processes and approvals.
  • Support Media Manager on custom projects (eg. content collaborations, brand experiences).
  • Key liaison with Brand & Product Marketing and in-house creative team (CMD) to aid delivery of campaigns.
  • Work closely with Burberry Insights team and DAN to develop comprehensive post-campaign analyses.
  • Manage relationship between production agency RAPP and media agency Dentsu Aegis.
  • Direct responsibility for developing day-to-day licensee relationships with Coty and Luxottica
    • Review and evaluate all regional Beauty media plans (including all franchise markets)
    • Manage plan feedback with license partners
    • Share plans with all relevant Burberry regional teams

  • Great relationship building skills, able to work cross functionally, this role requires the successful candidate to work with multiple marketing and business functions and teams.
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Experienced user of Excel and Presentation building tools e.g. Keynote and PowerPoint
