JOB PURPOSE
The Logistics Coordinator will be the main point of contact on reporting and SAP for all Primary Transport shipments into the global hubs. This role is responsible to ensure the orders or shipments’ data accuracy and that these are updated in SAP by carriers. Providing forecast for Hubs to allocate resources and constantly review the current reports for enhancement or automation, develop new or ad hoc reports for different analysis. Monitor and log courier shipments in SAP and support manager in any transport related projects and operational issues to ensure delivery to the customer.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- SAP Shipment Data Management: Monitor and maintain shipment data accuracy, resolve customs and system issues, update carrier SLAs, and manage forwarding agents and transport modes.
- Data Quality & Process Improvement: Identify and correct incorrect data in POs, inbound deliveries, and routes; ensure carrier compliance; collaborate on SAP enhancements and EDI improvements.
- Forecasting: Provide weekly inbound forecasts and monthly carrier forecasts; analyze discrepancies and improve accuracy through cross-team communication.
- Reporting & Analysis: Develop and maintain inbound dashboards, support weekly reports (MOT, delay, in-transit), enhance reporting via BI tools, and supply data for finance budgeting and forecasting.
- Cross-Functional Coordination: Act as main contact for IT, Supply Chain Excellence, and carriers on SAP issues, projects, and change requests; assist with virtual goods receipt and courier shipment updates.
PERSONAL PROFILE
- 3+ years in logistics; preferably in shipping/trading, freight forwarding, or retail fashion.
- Strong knowledge of shipping processes, import/export declarations, and related documentation; SAP (AFS/IS Retail) experience advantageous; advanced MS Excel and MS Office proficiency; good numerical ability.
- Fluent in English plus Cantonese and/or Mandarin.
- Detail-oriented, proactive, hands-on, team player, able to multitask and work under pressure; strong communication and interpersonal skills; willing to learn.
- Order lifecycle activities, logistics and import processes.
