Job Purpose

We are looking for a Junior POS Coordinator to join our team in London. This is a great opportunity for someone starting their career in IT support or retail systems who is eager to learn and develop.

You will be the first point of contact for store teams with POS (Point of Sale) issues, helping to log tickets, carry out basic troubleshooting, and coordinate with other IT teams or vendors when needed. With training provided, you’ll learn how to resolve common issues, keep users updated, and play a key role in keeping our stores running smoothly.

This is a full-time, permanent role, based at our Horseferry House office 4 days per week.

Key Responsibilities

  • Log and manage incoming POS support tickets, ensuring issues are tracked and followed up.
  • Carry out initial troubleshooting (with guidance and training provided) across hardware, software, and connectivity issues.
  • Escalate more complex problems to the relevant IT teams or external vendors.
  • Communicate clearly with store staff to keep them updated on ticket progress and resolutions.
  • Support testing of fixes or updates before they are rolled out to stores.
  • Help create and update simple guides and documentation for store teams.
  • Assist on ad-hoc projects and support during peak trading times.

Personal Profile

We are looking for someone who:

  • Has a keen interest in IT support or retail systems (previous retail or IT experience a plus, but not essential).
  • Is proactive, organised, and eager to learn.
  • Communicates clearly and confidently, even with non-technical colleagues.
  • Enjoys problem-solving and pays attention to detail.
  • Can manage their time effectively in a fast-paced environment.

This is an excellent role for someone at the start of their career who wants hands-on experience in IT support within a global retail environment.
