Global Media Intern (12 month FTC)

JOB PURPOSE
Burberry is looking for a Global Media Intern to provide essential support to the Global Media team across campaign delivery, reporting, and coordination, ensuring smooth execution of Burberry’s global media activity.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Creative Deliveries
- Based in the centralised media team in London, the Global Media Intern will manage campaign asset deliveries across Print, Digital, and Out of Home media bookings.
- Monitor production timelines and liaise with Burberry’s regional teams, media agency, vendors, and artworkers.
- Oversee asset approval, allocation, and delivery processes to ensure efficient and timely execution.
Diary & Finance Management
- Schedule meetings with internal teams and external partners, circulate agendas, and follow up on action points. - Raise purchase orders, receipt invoices, and maintain accurate finance tracking.
Media Process -
- Manage the overall tracking and process of our media plans through creating clear and comprehensive overview decks, campaign launch and deadline trackers showcase Burberry’s media activity across the year.
- Assist ad hoc with analysis and insights to support campaign reviews and planning.
Team Support
- Provide ad hoc support to the Global Media Inspiration team as needed.
- Tasks may include conducting competitor reviews, organising archive imagery, assisting with product sample requests, brainstorming activation ideas, and gathering research or information to support campaign planning.
PERSONAL PROFILE
- Strong organisational and time-management skills with attention to detail.
- Confident communicator with the ability to coordinate across multiple stakeholders.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (particularly Excel and PowerPoint); familiarity with project management or reporting tools a plus.
- A collaborative, proactive mindset with a strong interest in media, marketing, and luxury fashion.
