Burberry is looking for a talented Digital Product Designer to work within its Digital Design team, working across our owned media platforms. In this role, the right candidate will play a key role in shaping the creativity on our biggest digital marketing platforms and look to drive synchronised campaign design across our digital touchpoints.


As Digital Product Designer, you'll work on all aspects of the product design process. You'll collaborate with other teams to create world-class experiences while also ensuring our design output reflects Burberry's standards.

Our Designers are enthusiastic and detail oriented – able to produce outstanding visual design work for a variety of projects. They are conceptual thinkers, problem solvers, collaborative, technically aware and able to manage multiple projects with ease.

  • Create pixel perfect designs in collaboration with Art Directors and video teams.
  • Creative lead for seasonal design across owned platforms – providing guidance and creative direction to assistant team members.
  • Communicate and collaborate with the wider team, talking about your work and articulating the thinking behind it.
  • Provide technical guidance and develop more junior members of the team.
  • Lead by example to consistently inspire designers, creatives and UX teams to create world-class experiences.
  • Lead cross channel workshops to engage teams and effectively fulfil the ambitions of the brand.
  • Collaborate with Creative Ops teams to scope and manage the team’s workload.

Use data and analytics from past campaigns to inform future campaign design and development.


  • Previous experience working in a similar role ideally within luxury / fashion sector.
  • Strong communication and collaborative skills.
  • Proven experience in a creative environment with a portfolio that demonstrate collaboration with art direction and UX teams.   
  • Knowledge around Mobile and Desktop Web Usability best practices, responsive and adaptive design alongside a holistic approach to overall usability and design, with experience of designing for the web.
  • Extensive experience designing mobile-first experiences for a variety of outputs - across web, email and digital media.
  • Should possess a portfolio showing a great eye for layout, imagery and content curation – along with examples of work with motion and video.
  • Be fluent with the usual design applications (Adobe Creative Suite and Figma).
  • Animation skills – bringing imagery and graphics to life with animation, ideally using Principle, After Effects or similar
  • Experience guiding, managing and developing junior members of the team.
  • Manage and supervise projects led by other members of the team.
  • Ability to present work with conviction to a range of stakeholders.
  • Ability to work and manage several projects simultaneously.
  • Confident and energetic with a pro-active positive can-do attitude and the ability to excel under pressure.
