Customer Fulfilment Manager

JOB PURPOSE

This role oversees all secondary transportation and local fulfilment operations across the EMEIA region. It combines the strategic and operational management of third-party transportation providers with the coordination of Local Fulfilment Centres (LFCs) in Paris, Milan, and Dubai. The manager ensures timely, cost effective, and compliant delivery of products to stores and digital customers, supporting omnichannel operations and key product launches.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Transportation & Fulfilment Operations: 

  • Plan and supervise shipments from hubs to stores/customers across ME, Digital, and PD channels.
  • Build and manage shipping schedules with regional merchandising and allocation teams.
  • Coordinate with warehouses and LFCs to ensure dispatch aligns with business needs.
  • Oversee daily and weekly route planning and delivery tracking.
  • Ensure compliance with shipping legislation and company policies.

3PL & Carrier Management

  • Manage relationships with 3PL partners operating LFCs and transportation carriers.
  • Lead performance reviews and service level discussions with carriers.
  • Resolve issues related to delays, losses, or blocked shipments.
  • Monitor and approve carrier invoices and service entries in VIM.

Budget & Cost Control

  • Forecast and manage LFC budgets and transportation costs.
  • Analyse CPU trends and identify cost-saving opportunities.
  • Collaborate with procurement on tenders and carrier negotiations.

Process & Data Excellence

  • Ensure SOPs are current and clearly communicated.
  • Maintain data accuracy in SAP and other systems.

 

PERSONAL PROFILE

  • Proven experience in transportation, shipping, or fulfilment management.
  • Strong Excel skills for data analysis and reporting.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
  • Analytical mindset with problem-solving capabilities.
  • SAP (AFS) proficiency.
  • Experience managing teams and 3PL relationships.
  • Understanding of order lifecycle and warehouse operations.
  • Experience in the textile or retail industry is desirable
