Creative Designer (Windows & Pop In)

JOB PURPOSE

The Creative Designer is responsible for creating and developing the visual windows design and pop in designs for Burberry stores across the world, in conjunction with the senior manager and window designers, supports the  end to end process to ensure stores visuals are aligned to the latest campaign, design standards defined by VM, CDO etc.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Managing the planning of the projects and coordinate the workflow within the Creative team, Windows and Pop in.
  • Supervising and organising the standards of deliverables, insuring that the timelines are respected and implementing new ideas accordingly to the needs
  • Provide creative concepts which contribute in the formation of a 360 creative strategy encompassing multiple global activations.
  • Develop high standard, innovative design visuals for seasonal and one-off window schemes.
  • Proactively seek ideas and concepts that evolve the brand’s identity.
  • Create designs for complex projects using 3D software such as Rhino, C4D and 3Ds Max.
  • Attention to detail and diligence to create detained technical guidelines for global store network rollouts.
  • Conduct research and analysis to inform design decisions, such as consumer behaviour, industry trends, and competitor activities.
  • Maintain relationships with vendors, suppliers, and contractors to ensure the timely delivery of materials and services.
  • Continuously develop and refine design skills and knowledge, staying current with emerging technologies and tools.
  • Understand and manage the different content specification requirements per store and create edits to support accordingly
  • Work closely with the Creative Media,  Digital and Architecture teams and understand the unique processes of each to streamline workflow.
  • Critically review 3D designs, providing timely feedback to different teams or external partners.
  • Work independently while showing understanding of full strategic vision - must demonstrate agility and flexibility to achieve required solutions, ability to think creatively and innovatively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Capacity to critically manage time and responsibilities in equal parts while frequently reviewing performance and progress over objectives.
  • Showing initiative and ambition to exceed and surpass the role’s requirements.

PERSONAL PROFILE

  • Experience of working in fashion, architecture or video environments
  • C4D, Rhino, Adobe CS proficiency (including AE and Premiere Pro)
  • Experience in production
  • Proven knowledge in materials and sustainable processes
  • Preference for high technical skills
  • Excellent organisation and planning skills
  • high proficiency of 2D AND 3D software.
