JOB PURPOSE

An exciting opportunity to join Burberry, as our Supply Chain Excellence Coordinator. This role supports the execution of Burberry's Supply Chain Strategy to enhance agility, effectiveness, and performance. Key responsibilities include optimising margin and deliveries, driving cross-functional initiatives, analysing data insights, managing risks, and transitioning projects into business-as-usual in collaboration with the Senior Manager, Supply Chain Strategy.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Manage workstreams end-to-end, from project brief to delivery and seamless transition to BAU.
  • Drive project planning and maintain essential project management deliverables.
  • Analyse complex data sets to deliver actionable insights for strategy and reporting.
  • Track KPIs, including Benefit Measurement, to ensure impactful outcomes.
  • Collaborate and communicate effectively with cross-functional stakeholders at all levels.
  • Champion industry best practices and contribute to a culture of innovation and change.

PERSONAL PROFILE

  • Proven project management experience, ideally within luxury or retail industries, with strong analytical and communication skills.
  • Confidence in navigating ambiguity, assimilating complex information, and guiding cross-functional discussions effectively.
  • Expertise in data visualisation and PowerPoint, creating impactful decks and organisational collateral.
  • Strong interpersonal and stakeholder management skills, capable of leading meetings independently.
  • Highly adaptable, with excellent time management and proactive problem-solving to resolve project risks and priorities.
