- Support the development and execution of seasonal communications strategies for new collections, ad campaigns, and other key marketing activations, ensuring regional alignment and execution excellence. Distribute relevant assets, including imagery, lookbooks, and samples to regional teams and agencies.
- Oversee the management of sample logistics, coordinating with internal teams and external agencies across EMEIA to ensure timely delivery and efficient management for editorial and wholesale projects.

- Assist in managing seasonal press gifting, including compiling media lists, coordinating logistics, and ensuring all assets are delivered effectively to the right media contacts.
- Lead communications and press logistics for major brand activations, such as seasonal Runway Shows, in collaboration with EMEIA-wide PR agencies, ensuring smooth execution of media outreach and press coverage.
- Provide administrative support for the day-to-day operations of the UK Press Office and EMEIA markets, including tracking purchase orders and managing invoices related to PR activities.
- Support the Senior Communications Manager in the implementation of key internal processes, such as database management, press release coordination, and media monitoring systems.
