Commercial Procurement Manager

JOB PURPOSE

We are hiring a Procurement Manager to help shape how Burberry buys across EMEA and the Americas. This role plays a meaningful part in delivering commercial value, strengthening supplier partnerships, and elevating how our teams purchase every day. You will join a collaborative global procurement community focused on smarter spending, thoughtful demand, and continuous improvement. Your work will directly support Burberry’s creativity and long-term performance.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Lead and optimise Tail Spend across indirect categories in EMEA and the Americas, ensuring efficient, compliant purchasing.
  • Identify supplier consolidation and value opportunities in partnership with category managers.
  • Conduct tactical sourcing and negotiations to secure strong commercial outcomes.
  • Review Purchase Requisitions to influence demand and address non-compliant or inefficient buying behaviour.
  • Develop clear Tail Spend dashboards and reporting, including insights for senior leadership.
  • Partner across Procurement, Legal and InfoSec to ensure high‑quality, compliant supplier contracts.

PERSONAL PROFILE

  • Experience in indirect procurement across multiple categories, with confidence analysing and presenting data.
  • Ability to build trusted relationships and influence across a complex organisation. 
  • Skilled in negotiation, problem‑solving, and managing competing priorities with a calm, collaborative approach.
  • Comfortable working autonomously while contributing to continuous improvement across the wider team.
  • Strong commercial mindset paired with clarity, judgement and care in decision‑making.
