JOB PURPOSE

We are hiring a Spanish Speaking Client Advisor to join our Burberry team on Regent Street, creating memorable and distinctly Burberry experiences for clients from around the world. You will build meaningful client relationships, bring our collections and heritage to life through thoughtful storytelling, and provide a highly personalised standard of service. Using your fluency in Spanish and English, you will help ensure every client feels welcomed, understood and inspired.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Deliver an exceptional and personalised client experience, reflecting Burberry’s values and luxury service standards.
Build lasting client relationships through thoughtful engagement, follow-up and clienteling.
Share Burberry’s collections, craftsmanship and heritage through engaging product storytelling tailored to each client.
Use your Spanish and English language skills to create an inclusive and seamless experience for an international client base.
Contribute to individual and store performance by understanding client needs and identifying relevant opportunities.
Work collaboratively with colleagues to maintain an inspiring store environment and ensure every interaction is handled with care and attention.

Fluent in Spanish and English, with the confidence to support clients naturally and effectively in both languages.
