Join Burberry at Selfridges and bring our heritage of luxury to life. As a Client Advisor, you’ll create exceptional experiences for new and loyal clients, combining personalised service with commercial success.
Passionate about fashion and styling, you’ll act as a true brand ambassador – inspiring clients, sharing product expertise, and delivering an elevated shopping journey that reflects Burberry’s legacy.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Service & Sales

Consistently meet and exceed personal and store sales targets, driving strong commercial results

Inspire clients through storytelling and genuine passion for Burberry, creating lasting desire and brand love in every interaction

Deliver an elevated luxury service, showcasing expertise in product, fashion and styling

Guide clients seamlessly through the full journey: create a strong first impression, understand their needs, offer expert styling advice, and close the sale while building long-term relationships

Provide efficient after-sales support to ensure continued client satisfaction and loyalty

Uphold Burberry’s luxury standards across all areas of the store – from product presentation and replenishment to stockroom care and visual merchandising

Contribute to smooth daily operations, maintaining excellence both front and back of house

Follow company policies and procedures while fostering a collaborative and positive team environment
Client Engagement

Build genuine, lasting relationships with clients, fostering loyalty and advocacy

Offer personalised, appointment-based experiences that elevate the shopping journey and drive incremental purchases

Proactively capture new luxury clients, growing both your personal client book and the store’s community with a commercial focus

Strengthen retention by maintaining regular, meaningful contact and providing tailored follow-up on client needs and requests
PERSONAL PROFILE

Proven track record of delivering sales and consistently exceeding targets

Experienced in clienteling with good product knowledge and retail operations expertise

Passionate about fashion, art and culture, with an eye for styling and detail

Confident, proactive and results-driven with a strong commercial mindset

Energetic, self-motivated and adaptable team player

Impeccable presentation and communication skills, with the ability to inspire clients and colleagues at all levels

Demonstrates the Burberry values of Confidence, Curiosity, Conviction and Care

Fluent in local language; English proficiency and additional languages are desirable
