Job Purpose

We are hiring a Mandarin-speaking Client Advisor to join our Heathrow T5 team and create exceptional experiences for customers from around the world. As a brand ambassador for Burberry, you will bring our heritage, craftsmanship and creativity to life through personalised client service and expert product knowledge. This role is central to building lasting customer relationships, driving commercial success and delivering an elevated luxury experience in a fast-paced airport environment. Working collaboratively with the wider team, you will help create an inspiring store atmosphere where every customer feels welcomed and valued.

Responsibilities

• Deliver an exceptional client experience that reflects Burberry’s luxury service standards.
• Build meaningful customer relationships to drive client loyalty, repeat business and long-term engagement.
• Use strong product knowledge to provide tailored recommendations and styling advice.
• Contribute to individual and store performance through proactive client service and sales excellence.
• Support visual merchandising, stock management and operational standards to ensure a premium store environment.
• Collaborate with colleagues to create a positive, inclusive and high-performing team culture.

Personal Profile

• Fluent in Mandarin and English, with the ability to communicate confidently with an international customer base.
• Previous experience in luxury, premium retail, hospitality or a customer-focused environment.
• Passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences and building genuine relationships.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a collaborative approach to teamwork.
• Adaptable and comfortable working in a dynamic, fast-paced retail environment.
• Interest in fashion, craftsmanship and luxury products, with a willingness to continuously develop product knowledge.
