JOB PURPOSE

We’re looking for a proactive, detail‑driven, and enthusiastic Archive Coordinator to help preserve, organise and share the rich legacy of our brand with teams across the business.
RESPONSIBILITIES
As our Archive Coordinator, you’ll play a key role in safeguarding and elevating our heritage. Every day, you’ll help the business connect with it’s past to inspire its future.
You will:
- Manage internal archive loans from start to finish, partnering closely with Design, Product, Blyth, Transport, Goods‑In and more.
- Support external loan activity and ensure assets are handled, recorded, packed and transported with care.
- Keep our physical and digital archive beautifully organised, from storage and security through to metadata and filing.
- Support cataloguing, including labelling, sorting, uploading content, and updating our database.
- Coordinate digitisation, working with Studio and Post‑Production teams to capture high‑quality imagery of new acquisitions.
- Conduct research, gather imagery and information, and help build presentations.
- Prepare archive assets for meetings and appointments, ensuring everything is presented professionally.
- Proactively document business activity so our historic record is always evolving.
- Support with admin, statistics, and data tasks, helping the team run smoothly.
- Collaborate on large-scale heritage projects across the organisation.
- Produce weekly reporting, take minutes in meetings, and communicate clearly across the business.

Experience & Skills
- A background in history, business, or administration.
- Awareness of the luxury fashion industry (a plus).

- Confidence working with digital tools, cataloguing systems, and Microsoft/Keynote presentation software.
