JOB PURPOSE

We are hiring a Senior Manager – Technical Architect to help shape the future of Digital Workplace, End User Computing and Identity Access Management at Burberry. This is a high-impact role where you will define architecture strategy, guide enterprise-wide technology decisions and help deliver secure, scalable and intuitive digital experiences for colleagues across our global organisation. Working closely with engineering teams, technology partners and business stakeholders, you will ensure innovative solutions are aligned to business goals, operational excellence and a seamless employee experience.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Define and evolve the technology strategy and architecture roadmap across Digital Workplace, End User Computing and Identity Access Management.
Act as a trusted technical authority, providing guidance and assurance on solution design and architectural decision-making.
Partner with business and technology stakeholders to translate strategic priorities into scalable, sustainable solutions.
Drive secure, resilient and user-centred technology outcomes that enhance productivity and colleague experience.
Lead architectural governance, risk management and continuous improvement across workplace and identity platforms.
Mentor technical teams and collaborate with external partners to deliver high-quality solutions aligned to enterprise standards.

PERSONAL PROFILE

Significant experience designing and delivering enterprise-scale Digital Workplace, End User Computing or Identity Access Management solutions.
Strong understanding of modern workplace technologies, endpoint management, identity services and security best practices.
Ability to combine strategic thinking with hands-on technical leadership and problem solving.
Experience influencing senior stakeholders and communicating complex technical concepts with clarity.
Collaborative approach with strong prioritisation skills and a focus on delivering practical outcomes.
Curious, adaptable and motivated by creating exceptional technology experiences for colleagues and customers.
