JOB PURPOSE

We are hiring a Service Performance and Reporting Manager to strengthen how Burberry understands, governs and improves IT service performance globally. This role sits at the intersection of data, insight and decision‑making, translating complex service performance information into clear, meaningful narratives. You will enable leaders, teams and partners to make confident, evidence‑based decisions that improve service quality and resilience. At Burberry, this role plays a vital part in ensuring our technology services support creativity, craft and customer experience at scale.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Deliver clear, consistent reporting on IT service performance across internal teams and external partners.
  • Analyse performance trends to identify risks, opportunities and areas for continuous service improvement.
  • Design, develop and maintain intuitive dashboards and visualisations using data visualisation and ITSM platforms.
  • Translate complex data into actionable insights that support governance, accountability and decision‑making.
  • Champion data quality, ensuring accuracy, consistency and trust in service performance reporting.
  • Collaborate closely with service teams, suppliers and senior stakeholders to align reporting with business priorities.

PERSONAL PROFILE

  • Experience working with IT service performance, operational reporting or business intelligence in complex environments.
  • Confidence using data visualisation and ITSM reporting tools to communicate insight clearly and effectively.
  • A strong analytical mindset, with the ability to turn data into practical recommendations.
  • Comfortable engaging with a wide range of stakeholders, from technical teams to senior leaders.
  • Organised and detail‑focused, with a commitment to high standards and data integrity.
  • Curious, collaborative and motivated by improving how services perform and evolve.
