Procurement Systems Analyst (12 month Fixed Term Contract)

JOB PURPOSE

The Procurement Systems Analyst role will support the business with any technical queries in relation to Ariba.

This role is based in Leeds.
 

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Help spot and identify any master data changes required in Ariba to ensure smooth system usage
• Support the vendor onboarding process in Ariba SLP on a technical basis
• Support the Procurement Operations team with any technical issues
• Manage Helix cases promptly for internal queries
• Liaise with senior internal stakeholders on system improvements
• Raise new access requests for the business
• Weekly reporting on VIM to ensure vendors get paid on time
• Generate any Ariba ad-hoc reporting required for the business
• Help manage the relationship with SAP
• Manage and review internal forms for correct usage

PERSONAL PROFILE

• Strong technical capabilities
• Ability to deliver tangible results whilst working in a challenging and ever-changing environment
• Ability to face and resolve multiple issues in a collaborative manner Good Excel /analytical and presentation skills  
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written 
• Ability to flex between highly strategic thinking and ‘getting the job done’ 
• Collaborative, pragmatically minded individual 
• Self-motivated, high energy level, and a positive attitude 
• Comfortable working in a flexible environment, comfortable with ambiguity
• Previous experience on Ariba advantageous, not essential
• Can do attitude towards problem-solving
• Experience with SAP
• High level of competence in MS Office products, especially Excel
