At Burberry, we are on a journey to improve our Information Security and we need two Information Security Risk Analysts to join our Leeds based Information Security team.  

As an Information Security Risk Analyst, you will have a global remit and be an integral member of the Information Security team. You will conduct information security risk assessments of internal and 3rd Party systems and processes to update the information security risk register, as well as performing commercial and contractual review services alongside other SME’s.

You will have responsibilities spanning information security policies, contractual reviews, risk management, and training and awareness.

As an Information Security Risk Analyst, you will:

  • Identify and evaluate Information Security risks and whilst developing relevant methods for remediation
  • Maintain the Risk Register whilst clearly and concisely articulating information security risks to key stakeholders (technical and non-technical), and prepare materials for senior management.
  • Drive Information Security Governance including, but not limited to, conducting BAU Risk Assessments, reviewing information security policies and standards, supporting contract reviews, and driving compliance around Third Party Security due diligence activities.
  • Drive a culture change of understanding and awareness around Cyber Security risks throughout IT and the business.

 You will have:

  • Excellent relationship building and communication skills, with the ability to influence and manage key stakeholders from both technical and non-technical backgrounds.
  • Broad information and cybersecurity knowledge, including aspects of technical security, risk management, and security best practices.
  • You will have the ability to tackle complex technical processes and use entrepreneurial thinking to find a suitable solution.
  • Proven experience of commercial engagements related to security and risk
  • Ability to manage conflicting priorities and multiple tasks whilst remaining calm and organized.
  • Excellent attitude and aptitude for learning.
