JOB PURPOSE

We’re looking for a Digital Learning Manager to join our growing Talent Team in Leeds. At Burberry, we strive to provide a luxury experience for our customers and want to emulate that with our approach to colleagues.

Working as part of our Centre of Excellence, you will partner with our HR Systems Team to ensure our global learning offerings are supported digitally. They will be responsible for curating content as well as acting as an advisor to the rest of the business, helping them to create and source quality digital learning.

RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Curate digital content to support curriculum of learning​
  • Manage external vendors for content / creation (Good Prac, GOMO, Get abstract)​
  • Consult with the business on learning needs for digital, connecting to relevant vendors and advising on structure that is supported by our systems​
  • Work to support the team in development of programmes from a digital view. ​
  • Stay on top of developments in Learning technology and how we can reach our audience through technology. ​
  • Work closely with the systems team to get the most out of the LMS, pull reports to understand our reach through training​
  • Leverage existing internal platforms to create opportunities to share learning content (SharePoint, Yammer, WebEx,Teams, etc)
PERSONAL PROFILE
  • Working knowledge of Success Factors LMS (or similar)
  • Proven experience within digital learning, curating content
  • Experience of managing external vendors
  • Broad understanding of leadership & professional skills learning
  • Experience using a variety of Learning technologies such as WebEx, Virtual Classrooms, social platforms and online curated resources
  • Keen interest in learning technology and how it is evolving
