Cost Management Analyst (12 month FTC)

This is an initial 12 month Fixed Term Contract where you are primarily responsible for delivering timely, accurate, financial analysis and reconciliations on key vendors within the Network space. This will involve the review of commercial terms in key contracts, tracking invoices and billing reports against planned spend, and supporting the team with Budget review and development. Thorough understanding of Billing, Purchase Orders, Good Receipt, Credit Note, Journals and accruals is required.


  • Support the Finance Analyst to deliver budget and forecast updates, and use toolsets provided to provide analysis to support their decision making.
  • Review variances of forecasts and Budgets and provide analysis when necessary.
  • Support reporting and analytics around supplier management.
  • Monitor Capex and OPEX spend of actuals against approved amounts and highlight issues.
  • Be able to deal with Local Currency as well as reporting currency (GBP).
  • Provide support to regular and ad hoc information requests.
  • PO Management, raising, receiving, monitoring on a global scale.


  • Finance experience.
  • Purchase Order Management experience.
  • Account reconciliation experience.
  • Microsoft Excel skills, intermediate/advance preferred (VLOOKUPS/PIVOT TABLES).
  • Knowledge of Power BI desirable.
  • Knowledge and experience of using SAP and ARIBA.
  • Global Stakeholder management experience.
  • Team player.
