Accounts Payable Analyst - FTC

JOB PURPOSE
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Validate invoices and ensure accurate recognition before processing.
- Manage invoice exceptions and support timely resolution through our workflow tools.
- Match and process invoices against 2‑ and 3‑way purchase orders with precision.
- Process non‑PO invoices accurately and within agreed timelines.
- Verify payment status and provide clear updates to internal partners.
- Liaise with suppliers and colleagues to resolve queries and maintain strong working relationships.
PERSONAL PROFILE
- Well‑organised, proactive and committed to delivering accurate work.
- A collaborative team player who builds positive relationships.
- Comfortable managing time pressures and meeting deadlines.
- Strong attention to detail and willingness to learn new systems and processes.
- Experience working with accounts payable processes; familiarity with SAP is beneficial but not essential.
- Confident using Microsoft Office tools, including Excel, Outlook and Word.
