JOB PURPOSE

The team at Burberry is looking for an Accounts Payable Analyst to support the smooth and accurate flow of supplier payments across the business. This role is central to maintaining the integrity of our financial processes, ensuring timely payments and helping partners across Burberry resolve queries with clarity and care. You will contribute to the reliable foundations that enable our creative and commercial teams to focus on delivering exceptional work.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Validate invoices and ensure accurate recognition before processing.
Manage invoice exceptions and support timely resolution through our workflow tools.
Match and process invoices against 2‑ and 3‑way purchase orders with precision.
Process non‑PO invoices accurately and within agreed timelines.
Verify payment status and provide clear updates to internal partners.
Liaise with suppliers and colleagues to resolve queries and maintain strong working relationships.

Comfortable managing time pressures and meeting deadlines.
Strong attention to detail and willingness to learn new systems and processes.
Experience working with accounts payable processes; familiarity with SAP is beneficial but not essential.
Confident using Microsoft Office tools, including Excel, Outlook and Word.
